As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role is to generate a maximum of sales opportunities (inbound and outbound) for the Sales team by identifying, contacting, qualifying (mail 30% & telephone 70%) then convincing prospects corresponding to the target of PayFit.
Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by engaging with prospects via phone, social and email communications.
Follow up on marketing generated leads and conduct research to evaluate if they are interesting for PayFit.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the PayFit fits into their needs. Identify key decision makers and influencers.
Work with the Sales leadership to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
Drive leads through the early stages of the sales process by regularly communicating with prospects, sending appropriate content and scheduling high-level demos for the account executive.
Manage data for prospective clients in CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
Effectively utilise social media for engaging with and researching prospects, including Twitter and LinkedIn.
Proactively share ideas and best practice with a continuous focus on improvement and finding new and better ways to contribute to the on-going growth and success of Payfit.
