Your role → Provide our Customer Service teams with optimal conditions to maximize operational efficiency through measurement, KPIs, processes, and tools 🚀

Missions

PayFit is looking for a Customers Ops to partner with Customer success, Support and Marketing teams to help scale the post-sales side of our high-growth business.
As a problem solver, you will help build and improve customer workflow efficiencies, data, and metrics. You will be working highly cross-functionally with a focus on Tools and Data.

Your missions :

  • Proactively improve and challenge current internal processes to optimize and scale (training, macros, reportings...)
  • Develop and publish reports, dashboards, presentations and tools to help Customer success, Support and Marketing teams in consistently tracking activities to drive internal efficiency towards customer satisfaction
  • Keep our CRM and customer service tools optimized and relevant
  • Define, automate, develop, and document operational processes, systems and reportings to improve customer performance and tracking
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, build solutions, and track successes

Profil recherché

  • 1-2 years' experience in Sales or Customers operations in a startup environment
  • You love to optimize operational performance & process.
  • Data lover & outstanding Excel skills
  • Autonomous, business-oriented and curious
  • Very organized person, able to handle multiple topics at the same time and prioritize them
  • Strong data mindset, passionate about processes and efficiency
