PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have dedicated access to their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever-growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. Job Description

Your role: be a real educator for the client 💡

At PayFit, the Customer Training Team plays a key role in our "Growth machine"!
They take care of new customers and ensure the transition between their old payroll system and PayFit.
As an integral part of the Customer Success department, they work closely with the Customer Onboarding teams, responsible for the configuration of new accounts, and the Customer Care teams, for the daily follow-up of our customers.

The Customer Training team takes into account the needs and specificities of our customers to train them on how to use the tool and how to perform their first payroll with PayFit. The Customer Trainer at PayFit is therefore the customer's unique referent from the delivery of the configured account to the customer and until the end of his first PayFit payroll month.

Your missions ⭐

Your function is transversal and you have the opportunity to work with several teams! You will have to:
• work closely with the Customer Onboarding team which is in charge of configuring PayFit customer accounts
• be the product and business referent for new customers during their first month on PayFit
• support new customers during their first month on PayFit
• train our new customers each month on PayFit via a monthly webinars format, to accompany them personally with regular updates on their operations...
• explain the legal and conventional payroll rules applied on PayFit to different contact profiles (CEO, HRD, CFO, Office Manager, etc.)
• train customers on the reporting process carried out by PayFit
• guarantee an optimal transition with the Customer Care team.
