Job Description

Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Talent Acquisition Team as an employer branding manager.
Your role will be to make PayFit the employer of choice for our current and future candidates.

You will be responsible for:

  • Promote PayFit’s image to current and future employees in order to retain them in the long term;
  • Be an ambassador for PayFit's corporate culture and our diversity & inclusion policy
  • Create and implement internal and external communication processes for employees and candidates
  • Set up and manage, together with the marketing department, our online presence by creating communication campaign to support our recruitment plan (videos, landing pages, event, content, partnerships… etc)
  • Ensure PayFit's e-reputation
  • Organise and participate in events that bring our candidates together
  • Develop different types of recruitment content for managers
  • Have a data-driven approach to the actions you take

Preferred Experience

This job has been tailored for you if...

  • You have at least 2 years' experience in communication or employer branding (including internships)
  • You speak French and English perfectly, Spanish, German or Italian are a big plus!
  • You are creative, rigorous and detail-orientedYou are an excellent communicator
  • You are a "doer" and are not afraid to get your hands dirty!
  • You have a strong sense of initiative in your area and have plenty of ideas on how to develop our employer brandYou are familiar with the main social networks
  • You have good analytical skills (a good command of excel is a plus)

Recruitment Process

Hiring process
1️⃣ First call followed by a first interview with Ysé, Talent Acquisition manager
2️⃣ Interview with Antoine, Tech Talent acquisition manager
3️⃣ Business case presented to Margaux, our brand director
4️⃣ Interview to meet the team during our famous Barbecue Test (no worries: it is not a test and you don’t have to bring chips)

Background check to verify (ISO27001 certification): identity, diploma and past professional experiences
