With a strong presence in France since 2015, they have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain, the UK and are soon to launch in Italy. They are trusted by more than 3,500 clients including companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz and Sellsy. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and they have raised €95 million to continue their development.

PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang, we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 5000 companies such as Revolut, Big Mamma, Qonto or Back Market to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Your role: Provide PayFit with a powerful Growth Platform 💡

You are leading and developing PayFit’s Growth Platform.
Today marketing, prospecting, acquisition, customer relationship management and customer service are managed with an internal system of connected technologies : website, blog, CRM (Salesforce), support center and several smaller channels. This product serves two clients. The first ones are PayFit’s customers, in order to acquire them and provide them the best experience once onboard. The second ones are the PayFiters themselves, in order to provide them with the most efficient and lean tool, where the information flows from one part of the system to another seamlessly.
Today we have the amazing opportunity to grow this product and innovate restlessly to bring the best value to the business on both sides. This is a start-up within the start-up and with your skills, you are in charge of its innovation and technology. And the best part is that you lead an amazing team of talented individuals to achieve it.

Your missions ⭐️

• Innovate, deploy and connect technologies to address marketing, sales and customers service
• Lead, mentor and grow a talented team of Growth Engineers (4 full-stack, 1 back-end, 1 Salesforce developer) and SalesForce Product Product Managers (3 PMs).
•Empower the engineering and productivity team to achieve a high level of technical quality & reliability.
•Collaborate within a cross-functional team to build the long-term vision & strategy for the team.
•Manage and prioritize technical projects to scale growth, accelerate acquisition and provide high level customer service.
•Contribute to the development of the internal “gold mining machine” for lead generation at scale, to the “Productivity engine” to optimise sales acquisition and to the “Customer platform” to always provide better quality service to our beloved customers.
•Coordinate with our Growth and Customer teams in France, Spain, Germany, Italy and the UK on local technical needs as well as PayFit Product team to connect both products together .

The technologies we use in the Growth Engineering team
Languages: skilled JavaScript frameworks (comfortable with Python, TypeScript)
Back-end infrastructure: skilled AWS Lambdas, Step Functions, SQS, S3
Front-end architecture: skilled React(or strongly skilled with other JS framework)
CVS and CI/CD: skilled Git, GitHub, (comfortable with Gatsby cloud)
Database: comfortable with MongoDB
