We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. Job Description

Your role: drive the Sales team💡

PayFit is looking for an experienced sales leader to take on our growing SDR & Account Executive teams in France. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key leadership role on the biggest market of a fast growing company.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual with strong values that can both reinforce the existing French growth machine and implement new business opportunities. The head of Sales will challenge, shape and execute the sales vision for PayFit by ensuring appropriate people, culture and processes are in place.

Your missions ⭐


• be responsible for the French new business targets (=new MRR),
• identify new business opportunities and be ready to test them,
• develop, communicate and implement new sales strategy to maximize the team efficiency,
• be the direct point of contact for the Sales Ops teams to define,
• work hand in hand with the marketing teams to develop our lead generation sources (Inbound & Outbound),
• work hand in hand with the customer team.

Talent Management & Coaching:

• manage a team of 40+ individual contributors & 6 managers (SDRs & AEs),
• be responsible for the recruitment of Individual contributors and managers with the help of managers and 1 recruiter,
• provide close & individualised coaching to the teams to help them,
• motivate and drive the teams so that the goals are achieved together,
• always challenge the processes and the teams to constantly improve our efficiency,
• embrace changes.

Preferred Experience

• you have a strong record with 10+ yrs of experience in B2B Sales and most specifically in Saas Sales,
• you have already managed a sales team of 20+ people with individual contributors & managers,
• you are passionate and skilled at building, improving and scaling B2B Sales teams,
• evidence of successful collaboration with marketing and customer success,
• you have your point of view on how to develop scalable and productive sales organisations,
• awareness of best-in-class tools for SDRs and Sales,
• you have natural leadership and an ability to unite and inspire teams,
• you have excellent relationship and communication skills,
• you speak both french and english fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment.
