PayFit digitizes and simplifies payroll management and HR processes for companies. Fast, intuitive and automated, the software-as-a-service solution allows employers to easily manage payroll on its own without any specific knowledge in payroll and save valuable time and money. Employees have access to a dedicated online space for payslips, leave requests, expense report entry and HR data.

Our mission is to support the digital transformation of business’s human resources through a reliable SaaS solution providing a unique experience to its users. We're starting our expansion beyond France into Spain, Germany and UK. This is a unique opportunity to build the simplest product possible with a massive reach across employees of thousands of European companies.

So far, 2500 companies trusted PayFit such as Big Mamma, Heetch, Nestor, Doctolib and Gameloft. To accelerate our development, we raised €14 millions in 2017. Our offices are located in downtown Paris and we are now a team of 150 passionate PayFiters !

Job Description

Your role → Build the PayFit Growth Machine in Spain

  • Develop PayFit Growth in Spain as we did in France

  • Hire, Train & Manage the Sales & Onboarding Teams

  • Work hand in hand with France teams to define and implement a scalable & predictable local Sales strategy

  • Become an expert about both PayFit & its roadmap and about Spanish payroll

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Operations ensuring long-term company success

  • Act as spokesperson for the organisation at (sales) events to generate new business leads and extend your existing sales network

Preferred Experience


  • Business + entrepreneur profile who wants to manage a growth team
  • 5+ years sales experience in data-driven or tech related organisations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS Startup environment
  • 2+ years of management or team lead experience
  • Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards
  • Proven track record of sustained target achievement
  • Deep understanding of the entire funnel of the sales cycle and profound practical experience of each of the stages
  • Taste for the intellectual challenge
  • Outstanding structured working methods and ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and innovative spirit
  • Want to be part of an amazing fast-growing and intense adventure
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
