We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests.
To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.
We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK.
More than 3000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 300 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Job Description

Your role:

Help the team in 4 different countries to work with the technology in optimal conditions and assist them from emails issues, software usage and rights access to broken laptops, with always in mind that all PayFit and customer's data must be protected.

Your missions ⭐

The Tech department, divided into 5 teams, already counts 45 passionate people who develop our app and collaborate with the Product Team to be (very) fast.
The Security team is the one dedicated to improve and maintain the security of all PayFit operations. Furthermore, the Security Team works also at an organisation-wide level, on every aspect of the PayFit security, technical or not. PayFit is recently engaged to obtain an ISO 27001 certification at the end of Q1 2020.
We're so far 3 in the team, divided in Application Security and Governance/IT Security areas, and planning to be 6 at the end of the year.
Your mission will include:
IT Helpdesk animation for all employees in 4 different countries for now, via in person walkup, support tickets, email and chat
Collaborate with teammates and users to improve overall IT security
Pro-active management of +300 Mac laptops & iPhones, especially from a security point of view
Communicate with vendors, external service and telecommunication providers
Manage and maintain a record of inventory of all computers, laptops, printers, mobile, TVs, telephones, LCDs.
Accounts and rights management on all softwares and SaaS services
Employees training on the Mac environment or new softwares

Preferred Experience

We are looking for IT Helpdesk technician to help us design, implement and improve the PayFit's data security and confidentiality.
You are "problem-solving" oriented, technical challenges motivate you and you have:
minimum Bac + 2 (BTS/DUT) in Computer Sciences
a strong experience in the MacOS ecosystem
communication and diplomatic skills to ensure that nobody will ever hesitate to ask for help
a high sensibility to security and confidentiality questions
ability to work under limited timeframe in a fast-pace environnement
good communication skills (in french and english)
network fundamentals and support experience (network configs, VPN, printing, etc)

Preferable Skills

1+ year experience in IT Support in a professional environment
Experience with tickets management
SaaS admin experience
Mobile Device Management (MDM, Fleetsmith, Jamf) knowledge
Conference Room A/V support experience (Zoom)
Terminal or command line (Git, SSH, etc ) fundamentals.
