Job Description

Opportunity 💡
As a Junior People Ops your role will be first to build global People projects for all of our locations (Paris, Barcelona, London, Berlin & others to come). You will then work with the People Ops team to ensure the good cohesion & collaboration between our different People teams.

Your role ⭐️
Within the People Team, you will be the key support to our People Ops Manager in leading global People projects. Our mission is to build new projects and then support our local People teams in our different countries to deploy them. You will hence be involved in a wide range of different topics, changing from one quarter to the other. From building our learning & development strategy, training content for our managers & PayFiters, project plan to launch our new compensation campaign or deploying our diversity & inclusion action plan, etc.
