PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus on what really matters: their employees.
Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK.
More than 3500 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Job Description

Your role → As Junior Product Ops, your mission will be to make sure all the domestic product teams across Europe are as impactful and happy as possible💡

Your missions ⭐

  • Build a strong technical knowledge basis (JetLang) and spread it along Product Builder initial training and evolution,
  • Catalyse daily efforts by collecting needs, testing and iterating on new workflows, tools, data, processes,
  • Empower country openers from zero to the launch of their Minimum Viable Product,
  • Promote Payfit product expertise: Jetlang is the technical key of Payfit velocity and impact and we are convinced it can passionate many more engineers,
  • Create a strong Payfit Product Builder European community to forecast the future of this position as long as Payfit grows.

Preferred Experience

This job is for you if you have... 🦄

  • First experience in a product-oriented environment,
  • Engineering education or a taste for analytical/technical challenges,
  • No programming knowledge required but a strong appetite for product & processes,
  • Entrepreneur & problem-solver profile,
  • Strong analytical mind and communication skills,
  • Fluent French & English,
  • Eagerness to evolve in a global environment (working trips in our offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona, Milano)
  • Desire to be part of an amazing fast-growing and intense adventure.
