Job Description

Your role ⭐

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in defining and driving PayFit’s growth strategy globally.

This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Global Director of Product Marketing based in Paris, France. This is your opportunity to make a massive impact in a fast-growing startup that is quickly expanding across France, UK, Germany, Spain, and soon Italy.

Your first missions 🚀

Market Intelligence & Business Strategy:

  • Be the subject matter expert on market trends, key competitors, and our product-market fit across all segments and geographies.
  • Leverage competitive and industry intelligence to make strategic recommendations to Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
  • Lead R&D product opportunity analysis and prioritization exercises with co-founders to influence product direction.

Product Launches:

  • Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, JetLang masters, data scientists, engineers, marketers, and salespeople to build and launch products in all countries - from initial market validation, positioning & messaging, to go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and launch debrief.
  • Participate in key industry events to present PayFit’s value to prospects, customers and partners.

Field Activation:

  • Develop industry narratives, playbooks and full funnel programs to empower a rapidly growing sales force to close more deals, faster, and at a higher lifetime value.
  • Execute competitive win/loss reviews with sales and customer success teams to ensure clear understanding of competitive dynamics.
  • Measure success by tracking win rates against top competitors and ARR influenced in specific competitive deals.

Team Leadership:

  • Partner directly with the Global Product Marketing Director to manage, inspire, and lead a high-performing product marketing team. Participate in product marketing interviews, assist in building new processes, and increasing the impact the team has on the business across all of our markets.

Preferred Experience

You have 3-5 years of relevant product management, product marketing, consulting, competitive intelligence, market research, or Sales experience.
You have experience leveraging market intelligence to influence business strategy.
You have experience creating training and commercial assets for Sales teams.
You have a strong ability to lead cross-functional projects, build business cases, and influence senior stakeholders.
You have previous SaaS experience in a high-growth environment.
You have exceptional communication presentation skills up to C-level
You’re an experienced storyteller using multiple sources of data
You thrive in an environment without a set playbook, are excited to build a scalable, high-impact market intelligence program that drives growth across the company.
