The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for creating and deploying the Enablement strategy regarding major pillars: onboarding, mastering, coaching, productivity in order to help the Sales team to reach their goals.

Your role💡

The Sales Enablement Manager is the business partner for the Sales leadership team. His/her principal mission is to improve pipe generation, sales conversion rate and MRR generation by providing the adapted enablement programs to increase sales performance. His/her responsibility will be to:

• lead, build and share the enablement vision for PayFit
• define enablement priorities working closely with the sales leadership team and collaborating with cross-functional departments
• choose relevant KPIs and objectives for each project owned by the enablement team
• ensure innovative evolution of our sales methodology, sales skills, process & tools
• deliver training, coaching programs, e-learning path, workshops, with the help of the enablement team
• make sure the Sales team has the resources needed to meet & exceed their goals.
