YOUR ROLE

Manage a team of account executives to help them overachieve their individual targets

MISSIONS

=> Sales leader:

  • Be CEO of your team & co-CEO of your tribe: responsible for global MRR Targets
  • Become a Payroll & product expert
  • Actively participate in recruitment processes
  • Make sure your team is balanced and work together
  • Understand where each rep can get better and create concrete action plans with them
  • Train the new PayFiters within your team
  • Perform monthly perf reviews

=> Communication

  • Work closely with the other SDR & Sales manager to improve communication between teams and to create and improve processes
  • Work with both Sale Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement the proper training techniques & tools
  • Work hand in hand with the head of sales to give feedback about how the team works

Profil recherché

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in the software industry
  • 1+ year in a sales management role, ideally within a fast growing environment
  • Experience with Saas products and business models
  • Strong communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Proficiency in English
