Provide our Sales teams (France, Spain, Germany, UK) with optimal conditions to maximize operational efficiency through measurement, KPIs, processes, and tools 🚀


PayFit is looking for a Sales Ops Manager to :

  • Manage our 2 Sales Ops
  • To partner with our French and international Sales, onboarding, and marketing teams to help scale our high-growth business.

As a problem solver, you will help build and improve sales workflow efficiencies, data, and metrics. You will be working highly cross-functionally with a focus on Sales and Data.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine go faster
  • Define the Short and Mid Term Sales Ops roadmap with the Head of Sales and the 2 other Sales Ops
  • Manage and grow Individual and talented Sales Ops
  • Develop and publish reports, dashboards, presentations and tools to help Sales, Customer success, and marketing teams in consistently tracking activities to business results
  • Keep our CRM and sales tools optimized and relevant
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, build solutions, and track successes
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials
  • Participate in building the future of the SDR, Sales & Onboarding teams

Profil recherché


  • Five years of relevant business experience, preferably in sales, sales ops in a high-tech growth environment
  • Two years of management of a team
  • Strong Desire to work with international profiles
  • Autonomous, business-oriented and
  • Very organized person, able to handle multiple topics at the same time and prioritize them
  • Strong sales mindset, passionate about processes and efficiency
  • Both fluent in French & English
