Job Description

Your role : be the builder of Finance of all our entities 💡

  • You are the key point of contact between Global Finance and local Finance teams

  • You are taking care of data accuracy and financial processes (monthly, quarterly and annually closing)

Your missions ⭐️

Within the Finance team, you will be positioned as a true consolidated FP&A to contribute to the general PayFit growth. You will:

  • Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly management reporting, identify key trends, assess current and future business risk, and communicate key messages

  • Coordinate annual Budgeting process, Quarterly and Monthly reforecasts

  • Own the annual FP&A calendar, including the timing of budget, quarterly forecasting and reporting

  • Drive alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business results and evaluate the health of the business

  • Ensure we are achieving budgeted KPIs, continuously improve the tracking and develop insights into potential efficiencies

  • Drive critical decision making and deliver clear communication and insights to our leaders

  • Driving continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including implementation of best practices and automation initiatives

  • You have at least 4 years working experiences in finance (FP&A, Audit, Transaction Services);

  • You are organized and have a strong capacity to prioritize, and structure;

  • You are a good communicant and have an excellent verbal and written communication

skills in FRENCH and ENGLISH;

  • You have strong analytical skills;

  • You are flexible and have a great adaptability skills to work in a constantly evolving

and fast paced environment;

  • You have very strong excel skills.
