Job Description

Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our People Team as a Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition.

Your mission will be to attract the best talents in Spain, UK and Germany.
You will also help us to scale our talent acquisition model in participating in key TA projects deployment such as employment branding, hiring education, and campus strategy.

You will be responsible for:

  • Anticipate and deliver our hirings targets
  • As a new TA team, create a high cohesion and performing team
  • Be a coach for the TA team you manage
  • Provide outstanding business partnering for your stakeholders including HR
  • Drive the TA strategy mainly on sourcing, agency mix, hiring processes, D&I within your teams
  • Participate in TA transversal key projects such as the employer branding, values or campus strategy
  • Help to keep providing a caring candidate experience

You have the following qualities :

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • structured and organized
  • Fluent english and ideally one other languages (Spanish, German, French)

We would be even more impressed if you have/are :

  • previous experience in leading talent acquisition teams internationally
  • familiar with start up / scale up or SaaS TA environments
  • a successful manager in making your teams grow
  • an international experience and knowledge of our main european markets
  • proven experience in handling senior stakeholders
