Who are we ? 🚀

PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus on what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 300 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Job Description

Your role → Technical Product Manager

  • As a PM at PayFit, you work in the JetLang Platform tribe with Tech (Front, Back, Fullstack) and Designers,
  • You imagine and build PayFit's future payroll features to make PayFit the best employee management solution ever designed,
  • You role is to defined how well JetLang can be integrated with the world,
  • You work closely with the Local Product teams as well as Sales, Onboarding and Support teams to get feedback from our customers,
  • You are responsible for the quality of the product put into production,
  • You also take an active part in the discussions on PayFit's strategy and product roadmap.

  • A team of Product Managers which is aggressively growing (6x growth scheduled over the next 10 months)

Your missions ⭐

  • Specify (imagine and describe) the new functionalities,
  • Define and prioritize the roadmap of the JetLang Integration squad,
  • Take part in the process of the Tech/Product team and monitor the proper execution of new features and improvements,
  • Manages the development of external APIs and the developer platform,
  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations,
  • Assess and address technical risks,
  • Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms and automated systems.

Preferred Experience

This job is for you if... 🦄

  • You have an Engineering or IT background,
  • You have at least 3 years' experience as a Product Manager and as a Software Developer in a startup, building and improving B2B SaaS products,
  • Interfaces and APIs (either internals or externals) have no secret for you,
  • You are super autonomous but you also know how to work in a team,
  • You have an evidence of successful collaboration with engineering teams,
  • You speak both french and english fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment,
  • You are passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity, and resourcefulness,
  • You have a natural leadership, ability to federate and inspire teams,
  • You have a strong affinity for user experience and data analysis,
  • You have a strong interpersonal and communication skills.
