Your mission will be to:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance PayFit's brand presence, engage our audience, and support our business objectives across multiple markets.
You will be responsible for:
• You are in charge of the PayFit's global social media strategy (France, UK, Spain) and editorial line for each platform to create impactful communications that enhance our brand image. Defining the content calendar with the local teams and formats for different posts.
• Managing the company's various social media accounts for France, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin. Publishing content, managing comments and private messages and deploying an employee advocacy strategy.
• Think out of the box, be always aware of the latest trends"! Responsible for creating content for the social networks with the design team (designer, motion designer, freelance, agency), copy posts, images, videos, and more... Collaborating with creative teams to ensure content is "best in class" regarding formats and trends and propose innovative activations.
Ensure that the content is of high quality and in line with the content strategy / guidelines, brand platform
• Actively contributing to the growth of our social media communities and organic visibility.
• Supporting our local markets on their social networks, by challenging their local strategies and calendars to ensure consistency with brand objectives and the global social media strategy.
• Developing a 360° Social Media orchestration for our international campaigns: product launches, events, and brand communications emphasizing our DNA, expertise, heritage, and commitments. Ensuring consistency and tone of messages across all platforms for these campaigns.
• Performance analysis: Analyzing the performance of social networks to assess the effectiveness of the content and share activable learnings with the team. Creation and sharing reports, adjusting strategy and content as necessary based on results
• Actively contributing to the growth of our social media communities and organic visibility.
This job is suited to you if:
You have at least 4 years' significant experience in social media, content creation, copywriting.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (french and english), capable of conveying messages clearly and engagingly across various platforms.
• You possess creativity and the ability to think outside the box for developing innovative ideas and content for social media.
• You have strong time management skills, efficiently managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines across different platforms and time zones.
• You are a strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture, aligning social media efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.
• You are passionate about social media, continuously staying up-to-date with the latest trends and seeking inspiration.
• You have experience in content creation and copywriting, with a knack for crafting engaging and high-quality content.
• You are skilled in using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and report on key metrics to inform strategy.
• You excel in community management, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions online.

Location :
The position is based in Paris.
