The position is based in France.
Position Overview :
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist France to develop and execute successful marketing programs. The Marketing Specialist will partner with the Senior Marketing Manager France, marketing teams (Growth, content, PMM, brand) and Sales team to support revenue, create pipeline and other goals of the market by setting and executing a wide range of marketing programs such as tradeshows, PayFit events, webinars, partnership activations, campaigns, third parties etc.
Key responsibilities :
Participate in the elaboration of the strategy and the execution of the marketing plan that support France strategy and business objectives.
Partner with the marketing team to create and execute integrated programs and campaigns and coordinate with the French sales teams to build repeatable pipeline/GPMRR and support revenue.
Identify, plan, execute and report on the effectiveness of trade shows, PayFit events and webinars.
Support activities with key PayFit partners by defining co-activities opportunities to execution as required within the marketing plan.
With the Senior Marketing Manager France, you will participate in the definition and execution of complex programs such as influence strategy, referral program, reviews, integrated campaigns…
Analyze results, metrics and report to the Senior Marketing Manager France the effectiveness and performance of activities run.
Oversee market opportunities by competitor and industry benchmarking and new marketing levers.
Qualifications :

2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing in high technology company software or Saas - preference for HR/Payroll
- Be an expert in the French market where you will be leveraging marketing initiatives
- Confirmed experience in developing fully integrated marketing plans and programs according to market objectives
- Confirmed experience in working closely with sales teams and other marketing functions (growth, content, PMM, brand…) to ensure alignment and consistency within all marketing activities run
- HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge (our tech stack - or other similar tools!)
- Ability to analyze and interpret the performance of all activities run with concrete next steps
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize tasks based on business needs and urgency.
Interview process :
1. Interview with a recruiter - You will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (45 min)
2. Interview with the hiring manager - The next step will be a meeting with Louise, Senior Director, Global Revenue Marketing (60 min)
3. Business case with the members of the team - You will then meet players (Nafissa Gaouar & Emmanuelle Marion) from the Marketing team for sharing a concrete business case study (1.30h)
