The position is based in France.
Position Overview :
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as the People reference within your scope for ICs and managers. You will be a key partner capable of supporting the implementation of PayFit's strategic objectives while providing daily support to the teams you will assist. This role will report to an HR Manager.
Key responsibilities :
➡️ Strategic HR Partnership:
- Serve as the HR reference for specific PayFit departments, supporting various stakeholders at all seniority levels, adapting your approach based on departments and countries.
- Act as a partner in all their business challenges: organizational design and evolution, team performance and retention management, skill development, team training, etc.
- Ensure a high-quality employee experience: manage satisfaction surveys, onboarding and departure experiences, career paths, training, and development topics by proposing solutions tailored to specific contexts (workshops, 1:1s, team dynamics, etc.).
- Contribute significantly to the People team on all global projects and work specifically on daily HR initiatives.
➡️ Employee Relations:
- Manage relationships with PayFiters and provide advice on difficult/complex conversations or conflict resolution.
- Embody and promote our values and Behaviors, ensuring the maintenance of our PayFit culture within teams.
➡️ HR Processes:
- Ensure the implementation of our People Cycle (PROS, Quarterly Touch Point, Development Discussion…).
- Contribute to the adoption of our compensation policy, ensuring consistency of individual approaches with PayFit's philosophy (promotion, evolution, career path, comp campaign…).
- Be the contact point for daily HR processes such as Work From Anywhere, managing different types of leave…
- Lead HR projects aimed at improving existing processes and tools.
Qualifications :
- You have at least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a minimum of 2 years in an international context.
- You have in-depth knowledge of French employment laws and regulations and ideally experience with international labor law (English or Spanish law recommended).
- You have a strong background in strategic HR partnership and comprehensive management of the HR process cycle (annual performance reviews, professional interviews, salary increase cycles, career development…).
- The role requires professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) to effectively interact with employees, business leaders, and external partners as the position may cover the FR, UK, and SP markets.
- You are proficient with various digital tools such as HRIS and ATS (proficiency in SAP is a plus, Google Sheets, Slack…).
- You possess analytical skills: a strong analytical capacity and a keen interest in data management and analysis, allowing you to make informed decisions based on precise insights.
- You have proven project management experience: experienced in managing complex projects, with an ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders to meet objectives and regularly report on results achieved.
- You are results-oriented: setting clear objectives and optimizing actions to make them effective.
- Absolute reliability in handling sensitive, sometimes confidential information.
- You have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- You can handle an intense pace and thrive in a demanding and constantly evolving environment while interacting with high-level stakeholders.
