About the role :

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Lead Management Stack team and lead our web development efforts.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our website and landing pages, working closely with Designers and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. As a business partner to the marketing team, you'll implement A/B tests, optimize conversion rates, and support marketing campaigns.

Your expertise will be crucial in integrating third-party tools, such as CRMs and analytics platforms, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. You'll also implement best practices for SEO, analytics, and web standards on the website.

As a senior team member, you'll mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall team growth.



This role is for you if :

  • You are a Senior Engineer with 6+ years of experience (at least 2 years in a senior role)
  • You're proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and have experience building and designing APIs
  • You have extensive experience with CMS platforms, including complex integrations and custom development
  • You have experience with advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics or Segment, and Conversion Platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc)
  • You have experience with AWS stack (CloudFront, Lambda, SAM…), DevOps, CI/CD, IaC (terraform), and git
  • You have worked on marketing-focused projects, including website optimization and integrations
  • You are fluent in English


It would be great if also
:

  • You have a strong background in CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn…)
  • You have a background in product-led growth strategies and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, preferably in SaaS
  • You have expertise in optimizing website performance, SEO, and user experience
  • You have experience with advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics or Segment, and Conversion Platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
  • You have strong communication skills and can work effectively with marketing teams
  • You possess excellent problem-solving abilities, take a proactive approach to challenges, and excel at mastering tradeoffs in complex situations
  • You've mentored junior team members and have experience in fostering a growth mindset within a team
  • You can write RFCs, discuss them, and reach conclusions

The LMS squad is a dynamic team consisting of 3 Software Engineers, an Engineering Manager (EM), a Product Manager (PM), and a Product Designer (PD), all working collaboratively on our mission. We're a partially remote team based in France. Your future manager, Jérémy (EM), brings extensive experience in leading complex technical projects and is committed to supporting your growth and development in this role. Together, we build and optimize cutting-edge solutions that directly fuel our company's ambitious growth strategy.


Interview process :

1. Initial Discovery Call: A Talent Acquisition representative will assess your qualifications and fit for the role - 30min

2. Interview with an Engineering Manager: You will have a conversation with Jérémy , your future manager to further discuss your experience and skills - 45min

3. Technical & System Design Interview with team members - 60min


4. Interview with Product and Marketing’s main stakeholders - 45min



5. Interview with Pierre, Engineering Director of the Tribe, to discuss your understanding of our role and challenges and your potential impact in it - 45min
