About the role:

As a Tool Expert within our Customer Support team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and connecting our various support tools and platforms. Your mission will be to facilitate and enhance CS operations through smart automation, integration, and tooling solutions. 

You'll be working on diverse projects, from implementing new tool components to creating automation scripts that streamline our support processes.

Key responsibilities :

- Designing and developing automation scripts to streamline CS operations (40%)
- Creating integrations between various CS tools and platforms (30%)
- Configuring and maintaining Salesforce components for our support operations (30%)
- Participating in the implementation of new CS tools and platforms
- Building solutions to facilitate data exchange between different systems
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Collaborating with CS teams to identify automation opportunities
- Supporting the deployment and configuration of new CS tools


This role is for you if:

- You have 1-2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python
- You're comfortable working with AWS services, particularly Lambda environments
- You have experience with API integrations and connecting different tools
- You have basic knowledge of Salesforce (configuration and development)
- You're passionate about automation and process optimization
- You have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy finding technical solutions to operational challenges
- You are fluent in English and have professional French language skills


It would be great if you also have:

- A tool-agnostic mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong analytical skills to understand CS processes and identify automation opportunities
- Experience in building integration solutions between different platforms
- Interest in customer support operations and their technical challenges
- Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions

1. Interview with a recruiter - 30/45min

2. Interview with the Manager of the CS Tool and Knowledge team - 45min

3. Technical Interview with 2 members of the team - 60min

4. Interview with the Support Services Direction - 45min
